5 (or more) things I have learned this summer
- Work at an NGO is both wonderful and nerve-wrecking. Appart from that it can make you cross the Atlantic a grand total of 4 times in two months. (Just to spend six weeks in North America! I know! Crazy!)
- Almost all Canadians have been to Austria. (empirical fact)
- An 80GB iPod in Canada costs about as much as a 30GB iPod in Austria. (Both my brother and I got one (using the magnificent Rockbox, of course) - guess who’s with the 30 gig version.)
- There is ALWAYS something interesting and/or entertaining on Canadian/American TV. (empirical fact)
- There is a lake in Gataineau Park in Quebec, which is called “Pink Lake”.
And it’s green. (honest)
This is a work-in-progress and I guess I’ll complete it. (Yeah, just like that other post further down in the archives.. )
